1.1 Information You Provide

The App allows you to create content using AI features and standard video tools. When you use these features, you may voluntarily provide:

• Photos and Images — used for AI Image generation, AI Video generation, AI Collage, slideshow creation, video editing, and template-based videos.
• Videos — used for AI Video Lip-Sync, video editing, merging (join), trimming, and template processing.
• Audio Files — used for AI Song generation, AI Lip-Sync, and adding music to videos you create.
• Text Prompts — text you enter to generate AI images, AI videos, or AI songs.
• Feedback and Support Messages — when you report a problem or contact us by email.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

To operate the App reliably, we and our service providers may collect:

• Device information (model, operating system version, language, region, screen size).
• App usage data (features opened, screens viewed, buttons tapped, crashes, performance metrics).
• Advertising identifiers (used to serve and measure ads, subject to your device permission).
• Network information (connection type, general network status — not your browsing history).
• Approximate location derived from IP address (country/region level only, used for analytics and ad compliance).

1.3 Information Stored Only on Your Device

Most outputs of the App — videos you create, AI images, AI songs, AI lip-sync videos, and projects — are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your finished media to our servers unless explicitly required by an AI feature (see Section 3).

2. Permissions We Request

The App requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its features. You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

• Internet, Network State, Wi-Fi State — to load AI features, ads, templates, music, and updates.
• Read Media (Images / Videos / Audio) — to let you pick photos, videos, and music to use in your creations.
• Read / Write External Storage (on older Android versions) — to save your created videos and images to your gallery.
• Camera — used only when you choose to capture a new photo or video inside the App.
• Post Notifications — to notify you when an AI generation (such as lip-sync) finishes or when we send important updates.
• Foreground Service / Data Sync — to keep AI Lip-Sync processing running reliably while the App is in the background.
• Wake Lock — to prevent the device from sleeping while a video is being processed or exported.

3. How We Use AI Features

AI Image, AI Video, AI Song, and AI Lip-Sync features rely on third-party AI processing servers. When you use these features:

• The image, audio, video, or text prompt you submit is transmitted securely to our processing servers (or our AI provider) for the sole purpose of generating the requested output.
• Generated outputs are returned to your device and stored locally.
• We do not use your submitted content to train any AI model, and we do not sell your content.
• Submitted media may be retained briefly on processing servers strictly to deliver the result and is deleted thereafter in accordance with our provider's retention policy.

If you do not use AI features, no media is sent to our servers.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers two types of paid options:

• Subscription Plans — recurring billing (weekly / monthly / yearly, depending on availability) granting Premium access.
• One-Time Product — a single non-recurring purchase granting Premium access.

All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment credentials. We only receive a confirmation of purchase, the product ID, and a purchase token used to verify and restore your entitlement. Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled by Google Play under the terms of your Google account.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates trusted third-party services that may collect information under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — for displaying ads in the free version of the App.
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config) — for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
• Meta Audience Network (Facebook SDK) — for advertising mediation.
• Google Play Billing — for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• AI Processing Providers — for executing AI Image, AI Video, AI Song, and AI Lip-Sync generation.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

6. Advertising

If you use the free version of the App, you will see ads served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners. These ads may use your device's advertising identifier to deliver personalized advertising. You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings (Google → Ads). Users in regions covered by GDPR or similar laws will be shown a consent prompt where required.

If you purchase a subscription or one-time premium product, ads are removed.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Data Retention

We retain analytics and crash data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Media submitted for AI processing is deleted from processing servers shortly after the result is delivered. You can delete the App at any time to remove locally stored content from your device.

9. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information — including HTTPS for all server communication, restricted server access, and secure transmission of AI requests. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent for personalized ads.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
